"ROYAL MAIL TRACKED DELIVERY"

The time is now 7.30am I've been up since 6.50am and I've just had a text saying I missed my redelivery ?, I am sat here wide awake my 2 dogs sleep by the front door so if someone knocked my dogs would of went potty as they always do, but no, no knock no nothing, and you say you tried to deliver, what a load of rubbish, I am so fed up with Kent street sorting office, sorting office is right they have a ton of issues with this office that need sorting out, sort yourselves out and maybe we might get are delivery on time ? !.
