"Awful"

We have had a last minute rush to find a kennels and had we gone to visit first there is no way we would have left our dog here! When we went to collect her we were taken through to get her. The run she was in was pitch black dark and she was cowering at the back. She wouldn't come to the door so when I went in to get she was whining, so very sad. There was no bedding in there only sheets of newspaper. I would NEVER EVER even contemplate leaving my dog here again..
