I was given the name of Horwoods Bristol by a most obliging person from Harts of Stur. I needed a replacement part for my Stellar Caffettiere which I was doubtful in obtaining. The lady who spoke to told me she was almost 100% certain Horwoods would be able to solve my dilemma. They did and came up trumps. Thank you so very much and I am exceedingly grateful to you..
