"Rubbish! No 'phone number to ask about products or get advice."

You must lose customers who want advice about products and are unable to get through to you. Not everyone is wanting to spend a long time trawling through the web to get information which could be obtained a lot quicker via a 'phone call.

I will use Maplins instead..
