The optometrist generally seemed very good but saw a different one each time. Was disappointed that they did not, as promised, ring me to say that my glasses had arrived.

Disappointed also that they messed up my order for my contact lenses and instead of getting them sent to another branch in Bristol they were delivered to The Mall, contrary to my instructions..
