"Doors locked at 5:00 On 15th Dec"

Post Office on various on line sites opening hours shuts at 5:30.

When I got there at 5:00 the doors were locked. There were ait of people in the shop.The dooes were opened to let someone out. I was not allowed in. I was told the post office was shut. I could go in for shop only. I realise it is Christmas & they were busy but not impressed. I had left work early to get to the post office. The lady who came out said they had to wait for a long time.

I will not be using the post office or the shop there again.

I was lucky I managed to get to the post office by Morrisons in time where they let me in & served me. Not a couple disaster no thanks to the post office in the shop in Belland Drive.
