"Awkard"

Dropped in now open to the public wish I hadn't. Never felt so uninvited staff slagging off customers. Food tepid not hot when I mentioned this I was told but I presume the chef " it is hot " . Think it should of stayed a mystery club or change your staff or at least train them..
