A review of Royal Mail by Tom Dearnaly written on Thursday 16th of August 2018
I'm disabled and hene woul rather not walk along way and cnt drive. Your postman when he couldn't post my letter left no reference number so althgh there is a post office and the end of my stree because there is no reference number I can' gt it re directd online! (I need a reference).
U tried to phone the number Iwas left but the voice acivatd machine did not recognise my disdorted and disabled voice then no one answered.
I can pck up my parcel but it is 1.5 niles to the depot as apposed to 100 yards to my local office (BS3 4RH)!
It seems I have no choice but to go to pick it up. Although a 3 mile round journey will be pushing it for me and this is all because the postman was too lazy to put a reference number on my card.
Pleae talk to him my house is BS3 4RH and he tried todeieer on the 15th at 12!
