"Really poor at getting orders right."

A review of Richards Flooring Supplies by Dissatisfied customer written on Tuesday 2nd of April 2019

I was recommended to use this company but based on my experience I would say Don't waste your time. Cheap products at the detriment of customer service. Failed to put a basic order together without firstly ordering a roll of laminate flooring when I asked for LVT and secondly delivering it to head office when I clearly specified collection! Two wasted journeys later and I gave up. Words can't describe how let down I am with this company..
