"Disabled accessible"

To day i had to go to the Fishponds Delivery Office. Even tho there is a marked disabled bay (thy allways keep a van in it). I was told you cant come in by the manager we dont have disabled parking. This is my only way in, but on there new web site it cleary staits new stain rd has disabled accessible and " Royal Mail Group Ltd is a Gold Card Member of The Business Disability Forum". Very poor.
