"Bad situation made better"

As I was due an upgrade I popped into my local o2 shop having been a loyal customer for years now to see what was on offer. I choose my phone recycled my old phone and landed up with a contract slightly more than I was already paying. The young lady serving me suggested some discounts that could reduce my monthly bill like student discount or NHS discount. My son who is eligible for NHS discount asks if his can be used to which I am told “yes it sure can you will need the NHS card to process it” with the discount my contract would have been reduced to not much more than I was paying on my previous contract.

Unfortunately when we tried to apply the discount at home online we were told I wasn’t eligible to use it. Having only agreed to the contract at the discounted rate I was furious and returned to the shop to sort it out.

This visit was so much different from when I upgraded it wasn’t rushed and the young lady (wish I had got her name) was absolutely amazing! Unlike her colleague who served me with my upgrade she didn’t rush me she listened and acted. Not only had the previous member of staff deceived me but she had also failed to add my new device to my account as well as set my phone up incorrectly ( thank goodness I still had the receipt).

Long story short the young lady who served me was amazing and totally restored my faith in o2 on this visit hope she is there next time I need anything. I was in store on Tuesday 9th July between 6.30pm and 7.30pm..
