"No phone answered"

Rang 3 times over 2 days phone just rang then cut off. Tried conversation with virtual assistant, asked her if Sony did tv recorders all she wanted to know was did l have a problem with my tv, I said no she then put me through to a technical support page that wanted a £1 to reply to the question..
