"Head of branch going above and beyond his call of duty"

I went to my local Lloyds TSB branch, at Highridge Road in Bristol today,as I was querying a letter I had received through the post from Comet and was feeling particularly confused and stressed by the letter. I was unsure, if my account was going to be mistakenly debited by over £500.00 from Comet and/or if I was going to receive my replacement television as promised from them.

The head of my local TSB branch, or head of finance (shamefully cannot remember his position or name) contacted Comet on my behalf and assurred me this amount was not being debited from my account and I would infact, be receiving my new television as promised by the company. This young man's approach was very kind, informative and helped to relieve a very stressful situation, of which, I was very grateful. However, I am just so sorry I cannot remeber his name. .
