"Pioneer Carmen Beckford of Bristol Racial Equality"

I would like to know what has happened to Carmen beckford,pioneer of racial equality,who I greatly admired when I worked for the council and there werent many Afro Carribeans or asians in the council workforce.

Carmen must have found it hard to battle for equality ,being a woman and a minority at the time..
