"Poor Customer Service"

Went to Cribbs Spud-U-Like yesterday, but terrible service. The staff obviosuly need more training in how to speak to customers. Ordered a meal deal which included a soda, and was then told the soda machine wasn't working so I'd have to have a bottle of drink with my meal instead. Was then charged more for the bottle, even though I couldn't have the soda I'd wanted through no fault of my own! When I said I should have been charged the same as the deal I wanted that they couldn't offer (no notices up saying this), instead of apologising they simply said 'we can't give it away"! How rude! Wished I'd walked away. Having lived in the States for a few years where the service is unsurpassed, I was horrified. If an employee had spoken to a customer like that there, they'd be out of business in a flash!.
