Trying to have a parcel delivered to work (a school)

A day late they attempt to deliver on a saturday. No card left. Informed by Amazon tracking (as their site fails to recognise their own code)that it is at the depot

no answer from 0830 - 1000 so far

no card through the door at work

no tracking available on site

why would anyone use these **** is beyond me..
