"Appalling long wait, iam still oed a tax rebate."

I have been waiting since 2010 for a tax rebate from years 2008 til 2010, but yet still no reply, when i phone i just get a very very very long wait, costing me a fortune, please could somebody contact me asap in regards to my monies oed, otherwise my claim will go further.
