"Availability of Performance spare parts"

I recently wrote to you regarding my inability to obtain a Spool Cover for my 'Electric Grass Trimmer' PWR300SGTA.

I would be most grateful if you could let me know how I can obtain this spare. I have in the past always experienced good service for Performance products and feel that this part most be available.
