"Poor service and communications"

Had work done at this garage July 2014 after good recomendation... Very dissapointed in service i received... Only half the work i requested was completed and no call to confirm price of work as requested... Price charged for job was a shock for half a job.. Attitude was oh well and snappy on phone at every occasion... I thought being a female would be enough for politeness... Wud not return very dissapointed after reviews... Perhaps they have to much work now but not for long on this showing....
