Having been in the trade myself,as a breadbaker/tablehand,i would like to know if you can find a position for me as a part time bread baker,i was in the trade for over 50 years,now retired,but seeking 2-3 days work,just to keep my hand in,can hand mould,use dough mixers,deviders,provers,roll machines,moulders,slip ovens,ect,used to be a single hand,night baker,worked for herberts bakery at brislington,till it closed down,,worked a short period for asda ,longwell green as a baker,got a few weeks work at joe,s bakery ,but had to take other jobs outside the trade till I retired this year,,so could do with a few days work if you ever need someone..
