"NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE"

No one answers the Bristol phone number. It rings until it asks for a security code and then finishes. The 0845 number leads to an automated service; no good at all if you need to talk to someone about why a parcel that Royal Mail tracking says has been delivered has not arrived. VERY POOR..
