You cancelled my granddaughter's op for the 28th may for an emergency, what's stopping you doing it again on the next date? You have messed her about so much back and forth in denial she needed op and now her eye has deteriorated you say she now needs op but you cancel. She's already way past the 6 week wait. Not happy at all. If she's cancelled again I will take this matter to the press, local mp or even David Cameron.
