A review of Royal Mail by A thoroughly pi**ed off Shareholder written on Saturday 16th of January 2016
21 December 2015 a card was put through my door stating a parcel had been taken back to depot as nobody was in. Called number on card and was told it would be out for redelivery on 23 December 2015. Parcel didn't turn up. Phoned on 24 December 2015 and was told parcel would be with me after Christmas! Called in to depot on 2 January 2016 and parcel could not be found. Left all my contact details and was told that the manager would call the following week. No call received. Made countless calls to Customer Service and eventually told that parcel was collected before Christmas (how I do not know as I still have the card). Called in to deport again today to collect another parcel. Was advised that parcel from 21 December 2015 was returned to sender as I had made no attempt to collect it! Frustrating as I do not know what the item is which was sent to me so I can't contact sender. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that the manager is too busy. Phoned Customer Service again to make an official complaint and during call was advised that Kent Street, Bedminster is one of the most complained about depots in the Bristol area..
