Fuming is an understatement. Last night 10 of us came to the black castle. Not enough staff food ok. I had to climb over the chairs to get in at the back of the tables the corner seat collapsed it was obviously already broken I told a member of staff I had Hury my back who said I will tell the manager not one person asked if I was ok. You have cameras there right where we was sat so you can see what happened. The seat needs sorting out ASAP before someone gets hurt..
