"Rubbish"

This people(incl the boss) in Bristol Transmissions don't know how to keep the customer!I left my gearbox for checking,but when hear the price for rebuilding it I decide not to do it!I went there to pay for that checking(84£) and wanted to pick up the gearbox!Guess what?It was on parts,I asked them to fix it but they wanted from me to pay another two hours labor!

I'm so disoppointed.Thanks God I didn't left my car-probably it would be on pieces!I will never go there again!.
