"Convex or concave !"

Cannot seem to find the original in my opinion Clark's pie the lid was sunken and not raised as is now the pastry was soft and chewy not like the sawdust pastry of today and the filling was oozing and runny perfect to dip your chips in after the first bite please help me find this original masterpiece last bought on church road many moons ago but has probably gone the same way as the bedminster outlet..
