"Try answering your telephone. . ."

Six times I've called - each time I get cut off after 4 minutes - not impressed.

Now that I've tried to submit my review it wants more sentences - as the first line is not enough. Why on earth do you want me to expand on a concise review of why you're giving a poor service is beyond me. Perhaps less time reviewing reviews and more staff to answer the telephones ? Yes, I am being sarcastic..
